Kirsten, 1854

Introduced to children in 1986, Kirsten Larson and her stories represent mid-century settlement of the American “West” by White European immigrants and pioneers. Her stories take place in Minnesota in 1854. Renowned author Janet Beeler Shaw wrote Kirsten's stories. Kirsten and her entire collection were archived in 2010.
