Julie Tells Her Story

When Julie is assigned a school project called “The Story of My Life,” she enjoys writing about her life, that is until she has to write about “The Worst Thing That Ever Happened.” Julie doesn’t want to write or tell her class about her parents divorce or living in the apartment above her Mom’s shop. 

When her big basketball game ends badly, Julie decides that she can write about that as “The Worst Thing That Ever Happened.” Her family cheers and sticks by her side and Julie soon realizes and learns to be more hopeful for the future.
