Introduced to children in 2009, Rebecca Rubin and her stories represent American Jewish culture in the early twentieth century with a focus on immigration and the silent film era. Her stories take place in the Lower East Side of New York City in 1914. Renowned author Jacqueline Dembar Greene wrote Rebecca’s stories.
